He is currently responsible for providing advice on spectrum policies and best regulatory practices in Asia Pacific markets where he leads the dialogues with governments in that region on spectrum issues. He has more than 20 years of experience in national spectrum regulation and international attribution strategy. Prior to joining the GSMA, he served in senior positions at the New Zealand spectrum regulator and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Geneva, Switzerland.
